Practically?  Anyway, may as well post my opinion on the matter: I for one feel it's a shame that despite the very many chances I personally, and the rest of the staff gave him to stop flaming, he chose not to, and instead said he was to 'cripple the clan' and have people 'mass walking out' - Explaining to us how his favour in WG was so great that he could ruin wg with the click of his fingers :| I personally do not 'roll over' to threats. If someone breaks the rules, I will do my duty so long as I am a member of staff in this clan. Threats do not bode well with me. I personally was hoping Rick would have decided to remain calm, and for time, I thought he was going to, until I was leaked this from a conversation with Rick and another member:
At that point, I realised that Rick would do his best to try to hinder WG's vast improvements we've made over past months, and cleared the tertiaries to take action should Rick break rules. I did indeed make it clear to take appropriate action - and not jump the gun, and in this instance, I can assure you discussion was given to result in this course of action. This will more than likely make several members upset, and I am truely sorry for this. Though, in all honesty, as pointed out above by other members, he has deserved all five of his warn levels, and rules are rules, and he is to be removed. Rick has nobody to blame but himself. Even running up to the 'final straw', he was verbally warned very often not to over-step the line, and that he is not 'God' in this clan. ~Mugger84 -------------------- Mugger84 Member Of WG Since 4th April 2008. Lmao. Yeah, well said Twiz. I agree with Rick being banned, I was kind of in an "Okay" position when he joined the clan again, then when he made a lot of flames, and everyone just fuelled his ego, there was no end to his consistent flaming towards members of the current staff. I just don't think he was comfortable with himself being a non-leading position in Wg & seeing other new members in a leading position of Wg. Well deserved.
