I went to this page: http://www.wildernessguardians.com/attendance/list.php Going to the above link allows you to scroll down and find a carbon box with every Guardian and above's name. Press control + a to highlight them all, then control + c to copy all the names. Then post them into the topic as needed. (This is how we do mass Pm's, btw!) When people post on the topic don't type in their name into YES / NO / MAYBE. What you need to do is type control + f, then search for their name. It'll find it. From their highlight their name and press control + x to cut it. Then paste it into the correct category. If done right, we can have super accurate war sign ups. Why do the extra work? Simply, it keeps us more organized. Also, it helps the members. Members often read a post, and forget to post or believe they already did post. This way, they can control +f their name to check if they are under sign ups or non sign ups. Also when we need to take non sign up lists, we have an easy list to copy and paste to a topic in a secure forum. :> Thanks for all your time. Keep up the great work, staff. Tertiaries: Update attendance every 2-3 days. This goes to every person! Obviously, people are going to forget. If we aim high, we can maintain a super accurate and updated sign ups list. It really sucks when me or Cheyney have to go on the sign ups after 4 days of no updating. Updating 20-30 names is a bitch.
