     IRC Nickname: Stokenut Group: Guest Posts: 2062 Member No.: 805 Joined: June 10, 2008 Total Events Attended: 112    | I PMed this to a leader ages ago as a revolutionary tactic for P2P wars. 1.5 months down the line it's never even been looked into to my knowledge and is certainly no longer new/something to keep a secret. Since as you saw at today's war - other clans have realized and now use this tactic too. I'll post the suggestion again here for everyone to brainstorm with.
I didn't expect to be listened to because I'm just a member, but I heard you guys got raped tonight and our opponents did this. So I'll say it again. Consider this please. -------------------- Over 6 years of history and friendship, deleted over a difference in an opinion. --- Challenge any creationist to a debate. They'll run away and aggressively accuse you of "attacking" them and their "beliefs". I'm sorry, please, keep teaching our kids that they'll burn in hell if they don't believe. It makes complete sense if we want to keep up with p2p warring. I'll bring the staff regardless next p2p war and I hope a few of you that can afford it will do the same. We only need few anyway and it seems like just an excellent idea. In fact thinking about it if we had done this when stoke said way back when we could have had a signicant advantage in all our p2p wars. We certainly will in a lot of cases if we start using them now. I will buy a staff, who else will? --------------------   | ||

Some people are willing to put forth the money, but our goal is to prepare WG for pvp. Zuriels is used more towards CWA. Although we could have several people use miasmics on a raid, and switch to range or cast without the staff to prevent if from decaying to quickly. You could then protect it. However, its up to the actual people who are willing to dedicate their money like that. Given the amount of P2P wars we have, I dont think it would practical to ask people to buy the staff. P2p wars are fast too so we only need to hit most of em' once for it to really cripple em. Edit: I'm thinking just 2-4 ppl per CWA war will do. I'll do it. Maybe with bto me you and stoke thats enough? One or two more could be very nice. It would just be nice to know we can implement it into our strategy. -------------------- | ||

So this could be that kind of thing? Just for p2p. Currently these items are very cheap considering they can last many wars. You merely gotta equip it every time you want to slow down the other team. It will last an hour rather then 15 mins. So thats saving you 4 times the money or something when you buy the hour one. I'm sure most ppl that like sniping can afford to have this. So I decided to get the ball rolling and structure a list of people that were interested in being ready to do this.
