Ruby special deals 20% of opponents health as damage, which is around 200 lipepoints at maximum, and also deals damage to the user. That combo is only good for monster hunting. I think we should have 50% on Dragon (e) and 50% on Diamond (e), just in case they do bring anti-fires. |

Just want to say for mages you could theoretically swap out the zammy book and rune kite for a spirit shield. They require only 40 defense, and cost 76k GE. They're -7 slash and -1 range def, but have no negative mage attack bonuses and ave a +1 prayer bonus and have a positive mage defense bonus. This would open up space for more food or possibly another brew or something of the sort. Also, barrows gloves are only 35 defense so we can use those instead of rune. |
