There are a few PvP questions I'd like to get answered by you guys. It's optional.
If by any means you're uncomfortable answering any of these in public you can skip or PM me it.
I'm hoping these answer can help us improve some things as a clan so be honest.

1. How do you think WG is doing PvP-wise (activity, skill, direction, etc.) and what can we improve on? Are we going too fast/too slow... not enough wars/too many etc.? Be as clear as possible.just how we should be, we could use more impromptu raids tho

2. Why do you think so many people don't sign up for wars/don't show? Is this a staff error or just member laziness? How can we improve? Is our punishment too light?laziness, be more encouraging to members to make it to wars

3. Do you think rank climbing is a good or bad thing? If we want to advance it will take a lot of sacrifice. Are we ready?i want the highest rank for a medium sized clan, i dont want a 100man ml

Were fine on the wars, its just the sign ups. We have people say Yes and don't come. Other's say No and come. I mean, come on. Were not rushing anything, nothing is to fast, or to slow. We PK a lot. But I'm not on as much to see as far raids go.

I don't think its just "laziness" sometimes at matched ops, people know they will get cut and not bother coming. On the other had, people say they are coming AND DON'T SHOW THE FUCK UP. People put there hearts into this war, and people have the nerve not to come. I mean, come on guys.

No. I've been working hard for Raid Leader since day one, not for the rank, but for the clan and friends. I'm still trying my hardest. I don't think people can get 'power' from being a rank. It's not right and if they take advantage of it, they should be kicked out of the clan or lower their rank (step-down).

4. Do you post on Zybez RSC or Tip.It forums? Why or why not? No, I don't have an account and can't be bothered to make one. This isn't lazyness, I just cant be bothered with Zybez etc.

Wars are just fine at the moment i think aswell, The amount of Safe/Dangerous is being kept pretty even which i like, also having a Dangerous once a week is going well, members arent getting so broke that its impossible to get back up.

Raids need to be more often, more impromptu, more weekday raids.

Laziness, no staff errors can be made here and I believe the constant dishing out of punishments is awesome, slacks been picked up in this area

I reckon we should strive for just nicking into the top 10, i don't want to have the Hatred/Flaming/Trolling over being any higher, it just gets outta hand and It really disgusts me.

WG is doing well PVP wise however it is difficult for me to attend activities as a lot of them are not within my time zone i make my utmost best to attend the weekly Australian Raid, on Sundays 5pm my time. (Singapore). It would be great if we had a monthly war which falls within this time zone (Australian- Asia) on a weekend.

TIMEZONE DIFFICULTY!!! 4-6am !!!! Majority of the wars fall into there I would gladly attend a war at a better time for ME

It is a good thing! We need to encourage the recruiting new members or perhaps a new section of Purely "members invited to CWs" for the sole purpose of Rank Rising.... Like we have s0 and so official members and so and so Unofficial members... That would Leap our Clan Rank. There is a cap of 500 members our RS clan and we need to maximize the use of that... lets go for the CAP!!! branch out yet still keep to our CORE....

Our direction is good. Activity wise; Aussie unit is dead, you're making the times unrealistic again, especially on weekdays. 4am/5am wars on a sunday morning... We don't have enough wars, if I'm working during the week I miss 50% of the wars and if I go out on the weekend (ya I have a life) I miss the other 50%. We need 4-5 a week to be taken seriously. When we lose a fight we have a whole week to be all "omg we lost", we need another war the next day to make a come back.

20% is an appropriate punishment for signing up as a yes and not showing, I've copped them on the chin. If we don't show up because something shows up IRL, what ya gunna do, RL > RS. Staff have nothing to do with people not showing up. Again your war times for some time zones are ridiculous, especially since we are a "world" clan and not time zone specific. Haven't seen a 4am war for Americans/English on a sunday morning in a long time.

Rank climbing is how you get members. Sacrifice is necessary. We have trimmed the ML to an active (most of the time) group of people, we are ready with what we have.

Sometimes. Post a link for Zybez/tip.it at the end of your recap and I'll post, If you already do, I guess it's because I'm lazy and don't read the recaps fully because I was there and know what happened :|

On the front of wears shits going pretty good. On the side of pvp i really couldnt say currently.

Timezone shit, i have to sacrifice going to the sesh every weekend cussa WG wars. Also way too many people are going inactive.

Tbh, i dont really care anymore :s, a war to me is every man just rampaging onto the battlefield and seeing what the heck happens LOL.

Might just need a few short prep wars, but besides that, it's a good war schedule, lets us focus on the week prep stuff. The pulls should be around 40+ considering the memberlist.

People are lazy. Considering the amount of topics on forums / PMs staff send / emails / irc and in game messages it should be impossible for anyone to not sign up.

I don't think so, people's banks arn't ready to be up there challenging for top 5.

Yea, it's a good community.

Going at a good steady pace with the assortment of members we have.

Lack of concentration and people messing around needs to be addressed for raids. An increase in discipline I suppose is required.

The amount of wars we are having are great.

Leaders are active which is good.

It's that time of the year when all game related clans/guilds have trouble with this sort of thing. Only the best make do with what they have and get through it.

Rank climbing is a good thing. It measures ability and without it you can't see the progression we are making. Trying to take too bigger steps before we are ready should of course be kept an eye on.

These days I don't really care for clan politics or networking via these forums. I guess the gameplay is just more important to me now, what happens on the battlefield and not off it.

I use to be all over them but since I've got back to scape, not once.

i think we are doing a good amount of p2p maybe we should step outta cwa? if we are gonna get better i think it starts off with tanking, even myself i suck at our last fight vs coll in tanking

people are lazy, everone should alteast sign up if they don't they should be striked for short prep fights and for week prep maybe a kick? staff should notice a trend of whos not signing up

i dn't think we are ready, i want us to compete with if rot brut af those r the top tier teams/clans in p2p and all of our banks need to get bigger i would say before we even try to do that

We've improved a lot but we're still without direction. To sustain growth we need a focus or goal of some sort.

I feel when summer starts and people are off from school, we should be a lot more active in my opinion. One personal thing I'd like to see is more F2p fights then just p2p everyday.

Once again end of semester when summer picks up if it continues and were trying to become alot more active i would use strikes and eventually kicks.

Yes Rsc, I have been on their for a while. Started off with just pking videos but then got more into clans. Personally its a great fan site and ran well.

We have improved since i joined in October. We are going fine. But we all need to pitch in, and some members don't seem to do that.
Set a goal, so we have something to aim for.

Not Staff Error, Its either laziness or just being plain inactive because they dont realise the importance. Be more forceful on warns, which i have seen recently.

Alot of pvp events. very frustrating when theres a raid every night or during an event or made at random and not posted ahead of time so u can be on for it and not come like mid raid. but i like the wars every week but when theres like 2-3 wars its really hard to attend.

Sometimes there's a lot of members that dont even know about the war until you mention it and there like "what war". maybe its them not checking forums or just busy with irl. its been stated alot RL>RS. but like your in a clan, you should be loyal to it unless its something that you have to do like work school ect.

well its very difficult to say because we get alot of signups as no recently for wars so what if we get our name higher on the list? that would mean aot more people wanting to war us meaning alot more no sign ups due to being busy or just not wanting to attend.

I find RSC extremely difficult to use. i tried useing it and i didnt really understand it. if im taught how to use it i will be more active on it :] so atm i am not.

I think we are good as we are. I also agree with vulcan that we should set a clan target, so for instance a couple of wars ive been to voiced people have been moaning at the lack of binding, so a goal of 99 magic could be appropriate, and there should be a reward for people who get it, (I could supply rsgp, not boasting, but I have too much atm.)

as this question is talking about people like me, im not going to give some long answer, all im going to say is that I would never go out of the way to attend a war, also, you think your going to make a war, so you sign up as yes, but then on the day mates ask you to come to the pub with them, what am i going to say to them.
*oh sorry im going to be sitting alone at home on my computer attending some virtual battle on a pixelated game that doesnt really mean anything consisting of people who have nothing better to do IRL*
im sorry if i sound strong worded but with my limited english vocabulary, i cant think of another way to put it.

finally, some of the times recently have been ridiculous, ive seen 2:AM , 4:AM , and 6:AM for my temporary timezone recently, and gmt is supposed to be one of the main membership bases.
but, saying that, I think people should ALWAYS sign up, but not be punished if they sign up, fine if they have said yes and not turned up 3 times in a row. but dont punish people who say no.

I dont like being the highest rank, its boring, I much prefer the underdog mentality when you face a team that should beat you, but the war brings out the best in some of your team and you win.

used to be really active on tip.ity when twr first came out a couple of years ago and it was in its prime, although ive stopped now.

Hard question I would think it is the laziness of the members. From experience, it is always the same people that dont sign up, so I really have no clue what to do about that.

We still got a lot of unexperienced members, that not quite know what they are doing. I also think to take the step up, we still need more members. And teeeh banks, to get up in the top 5, people need more returning sets.

I do on Zybez RSC, good community. I've never been on the Tip.It. forums, but I have heard that they are kinda dead (?).

In my opinion, we're going the best way that we can. The wars are against solid opponents and on a regular basis. This is good enough for me.

Also I think it's not always member laziness, but sometimes unexpectedness of the facts of their real life - You just can't wait for someone having a heart attack and needing a drive for the hospital.

3. Do you think rank climbing is a good or bad thing? If we want to advance it will take a lot of sacrifice. Are we ready? I think it's a good thing. Our memberlist is rising, we're getting lots of new members and I believe that we're ready for this rank climb.

4. Do you post on Zybez RSC or Tip.It forums? Why or why not? No, because I'm too lazy. But yeah, I can't handle with being active on RS+WG forums+RSC+Tip.It forums AND school at the same time. I'd rather do the most important ones (School, House, RS and WG forums).
