February promotions & MotM

With your nominations this month please try to add a bit of reasoning without spouting off names because it can be difficult to distinguish between who should and who shouldn't get promotions when there's a long short list.

Member of the Month
I was thinking Winddancir. She's made us all the WG Awards underbanners as well as helping out every month with MotM underbanners. She's also pretty social in IRC and usually keeps away from/prevents trouble.

Higher Guardian
Narita - I was going to say Narita towards the start of the month but not to sure with some recent events. Like to see what others think.

Elite Guardian
Ragingwealth - Just missed out last month. He can be petty but he's fairly good natured and makes detailed and well though-out suggestions for the clan.

Darth Magul - He's a cert. Active/friendly/helpful ect.

Dave, Toshortofnam for motm. He goes by pretty unnoticed but he's literally at every event, and he always is kind and energetic.

i dont think dave should get it.

He is abit of a smartass, and doesnt show me any respect as event leader.

I dont think narita should get higher

and i dont think mike yet

Normal -> Higher

Stoke: helps us alot on forums, with members and at wars.

Maths: great fun active member who attends wars even if it means being late to university.

Rob: same as stoke, except more active and more friendlier

Higher -> Elite

Zemus: active, alot, and helps with all questions, and is a fun guy to talk with.

Joe: Active, Friendly, Forum active has good fun with everyone.

Darth: same as joe

I'm saying no to Narita for Higher. He's in some sort of argument weekly, and he thinks it's funny to try and make out he's better than me just because I'm Scottish.

Also, it might be a little early but I'd like to see Gilli get Higher.

Nonono and no! The raid leaders that rejoined and have been here in the past dont need a promotion just yet, they may be experienced but it shows we're not thinking of other members. Maybe next month.

Guardian --> Higher

Ubg_Fcbruges - Ubg is always helpful always trys his best to attend wars ahs been active except for his exams and is always a friendly face!

Other than Ubg i cant really think of anyone else, except like BTO said maybe Gilly

Higher --> Elite

Darth_magul - As others have said Darth has been a good member ever since he joined i dont think he's ever really got into any arguments he's active friendly and definately deserves a promotion this month.

It's either Ragingwealth OR Quikdrawjoe - They are both good members and they both help out, i'm just not sure both should be promoted we usually don't promote elites that much so it's kinda weird promoting 3, i don't think either of them would mind waiting.

MOTM

I think Winddancir should get it this month with all the effort she's put into the banners. She may not have been at a lot of events but that's because her computer was broken and we cant condem her for that.

MotM:
I agree with Tabs, the amount of time she put into those awards was astounding, she is also active and really nice on IRC.

Guardian-->Higher
Not Narita. Argued with me last night.

Planolocal - Very active on forums, rs and IRC, attends many events, good-natured, just become a mentor....

Mathsnerd18- His event count is astounding for a guardian... very active both at events and wars. An assett to our community.

OK so not so many posts this month, if you haven't posted yet you've got a day to make your nominations.

I'm going to go with Winddancir for MotM.

Higher Guardian to both Planolocal and Ubg Fcbruges.

Elite Guardian to both Ragingwealth and Darth Magul.

Some of the other names suggested I'll keep in mind for next month. Feel free to comment on the choices/suggest a change.

I agree with you that Tabs should get that shes also been helpful like we was at sara mass the other night and she brought us food.

Guardian --> Higher

Theres the obvious people here whove rejoined who could all deserve it such as Winddancir, stokenut, Darkzero101 and Robertw56 however maybe its a bit early for them yet so id probably say next month.

Chimp_Guy0 - Is a good friendly active member and i have seen him willing to help out a fair bit.

Ubg Fcbruges - Another good active friendly guy who is nice to have around id say he deserves this too.

Higher --> Elite

Darth_Magul - As you guys have said darth is a good active member. He is willing to help out and have a good laugh.

Zemus3654 - Moose has been here for sometime now and is always active and wakes up at like 6 am for wars if that is not dedication then what is ?

Planolocal - He's an active and friendly person. Always looking to help people, making chats and stuff. Been in WG for some time now, i think he deserves it.

1colonel1 - is he already higher? i didnt have time to check. Yeah but, he's been making nice suggestion posts, and is the same as plano except a little less active.

Higher -> Elite:

Ragingwealth - Mike is definite, but i just think we are moving him up too soon. He definitely deserves it, but he's working his way up too fast, not sure if thats a good thing or not.

QuikdrawJoe - He's improved with his attitude, he listens more with leaders. Been overall good.

Dilz621 - Is he already elite? I really cba to check right now. Yeah well, i think i've seen him at nearly every single event i've been at. the guy is staying up all night for WG. always in IRC helping, cracking jokes, making everyone feel better.

Darth - Lol, yeah same as mike. He's just a great guy all around. But little too early? Been like 6-7 months for him i think?
