3xtermination wants a full out

To start, I had no idea where to post this. Anyways, 3xtermination wants another full out war. They came into the lobby earlier asking for a full out, and I know I am only allowed to approve miniwars, which they were uninterested in. (no council were around to help) Can someone please deal with this? Their IRC chat is #3x.

It's declined. It was too soon for us, and Snowzak isn't here + We have some other priorities.
