February Promotions & MotM

Four promotions this month; some a little bit overdue but all well-deserved. If you haven't been chosen this time, again don't despair, we had quite a long short-list of nominees this month also so you might be up for one next month should you continue doing what you've been doing.
Guardian --> Higher Guardian
Planolocal - An active and friendly member of the clan, always looking to help people. Plano always makes conversation in IRC and adds to other's conversation.
Ubg Fcbruges - Always helpful and always trys his best to attend wars. Ubg has been well-and-truely a great example of an dedicated member and so he has earned his promotion.
Higher Guardian --> Elite Guardian
Ragingwealth - Raging is well natured and constantly makes well-detailed and thought-out suggestions to improve the clan's efficiency. He always says hello in IRC and is respectful to other members.
Darth Magul - Darth is a noob but has been a good member ever since he joined and has kept his nose clean since then. He's active, friendly and definately deserves a promotion this month.

Annnnnnnnd this month's Member of the Month is:
Winddancir - The sheer amount of volunteer work Tabs puts into WG has earned her this recognition. She spent hours making WG Awards, MotM underbanners monthly as well as being a slightly intimidating but friendly member in IRC and in-game events.
