lol, I went back to playing this a little bit again, and within 1 day I went from being completely rusty back up to going 30-2 or something similar in just about every match.

Who else still plays tbh? And what setups are you best with? Here's mine again:

G36C w/ Silencer + 3 Frag/Bandolier + Juggernaut/UAV + Martyrdom/Extreme Conditioning
Dragonuv + Claymores + Stopping Power/UAV + Iron Lungs
UZI w/ Silencer + 3 Frag + Sleight of Hand/UAV + Martyrdom/Steady Aim
M16 w/ Red Dot + Bandolier + Stopping Power/Sleight of Hand + Deep Impact
G3 w/ Silencer + Bomb Squad/Claymores + Juggernaut/UAV + Extreme Conditioning

Golden Mini UZI + Silencer + Steady Aim = Spray n Pray for ez kills. Usually toss an ACOG on it for non-hardcore play. The sniper situation I'm still a little worried about though, I can't figure out what I like more... The Golden Dragonuv is awesome, but I really like the high damage shots of the R700 and .50Cal... I usually switch them up a lot.

My classes usually vary alot, but i'llsay what i usually use.

Mp5 W/ Silencer + Red Tiger

- 3 x frags
- Stopping Power
- Steady Aim

My back up class, if im getting annoyed or constantly killed in a game i switch to this class, guarantees me a helicopter.

P90 W/ Silencer + Digital

- 2 x RPG
- Stopping Power
- Steady Aim

Incase i gotta clear a room, RPG the corners, rebound the grenade, run in overpower anyone in there with fast bullets.

AK47 W/ Red Dot + Blue Tiger

- 3 x frags
- Stopping power
- Steady Aim

Automatic Assult rifle has varying uses depending on the map, sometimes my other guns and smgs arnt working, i switch to this.

M16 W/ Red Dot + Blue Tiger

- 3 x Stun
- Stopping Power
- Deep Impact

M16 One of the noobiest guns in CoD4, welcome to one of my favourite guns, 1 shot is enough to kill them, 2 will put anyone down even with juggernaut.

M40A3 Sniper Rifle W/ Normal Scope + Red Tiger

- 2 x Claymore
- Stopping Power
- Iron Lungs

You know those bastards that always snipe you, im one of them

Perks, i will never use:

- Juggernaut
- Overkill
- Martyrdom

hmmm I've really been liking my m16 because it's so easy to use, but I've also found a new love for the UZI in close range. I'm switching my AK74U with a golden mini-uzi + silencer. P90 w/ Double Tab also kinda works.

I'm depressed

I play on a projector and the bulb burned out and I have to order one n stuff, and its been 2 weeks and it will be another 2 before it arrives. I can't unhook my xbox either.

But my main class is..

Steady Aim/Stopping power are both overrated unless it's your sniper class.

I've been wondering if I should drop Stopping Power on all my classes and use something a bit more utility. It only helps if you suck right? I mean sure you'll need another bullet to kill in most cases but that isn't a HUGE difference is it?

Yeah I mean I use an M4 which doesn't have great bullet strength, but I don't rely on Stopping Power because I can aim well enough to not have to have that extra bullet power.

If you suck at aiming, or in general, than you probably need Stopping power.

Many of the other 3rd perks are great to use rather than steady aim, as I use Martyrdom (yes it deserves 3 hash for how epic it is) for a few extra kills a game, as I play Ground War. Even Extreme Conditioning or Dead Silence would be beneficial. Steady Aim is only for those who have a heard time aiming, again, just like stopping power (but without the scope).

Steady Aim is actually a REALLY good perk if you fire from the hip a lot, especially for SMGs and Snipers. Mini Uzi + Double Tab + Steady Aim = insta-killing wall of bullets lol.

Solution to Stopping Power: Start using Juggernaut. It sucks, people hate it, and that's awesome. Don't need the extra power, speed, or a UAV jammer? Be a TANK.

Yeah well Steady aim is great for a sniping class as I already mentioned. I can't no-scope with sniper if my life depended on it but my friend does it all the time with steady aim. SMG I don't know about.

Juggernaut? I totally HATE that perk. People that use it are nubs lol.

any1 else having trouble with the game completely freezing up on you online? For some reason today mine started doing this and I'm worried... the thing is it ONLY freezes in CoD4 and ONLY online, so I dunno what's the problem with it. It sucks though cuz I was just starting to get good again!

Counterstrikes better, i like being able to actually play a map i like w/ people i like over and over again. COD's system for friends sucks for ps3 imo and really, the only people with mics in cod are fag 10 yr olds. CSS may have some hackers and kids, but hell, the good servers usually are fun, inviting and way better than cod.

lol my online ranks are pitiful, if I don't feel like finishing a game I just quit.

My win/loss ratio is like .2, and my kill/deth is around .5 lol. I don't play FPS's seriously anymore, I just have fun on em. When I DO play serously though, get outta my way.
