[Sign-Ups] Skill of the Week 30

This week's Skill of the Week is:
FLETCHING
Fletching is good for..... um.... well.. making bows for pks? Oh f it... fletching is good for nothing! It's repetitive and boring AND EXPENSIVE, but we haven't done it in ages... soo....
We have decided to set three exp requirements from now on:
The lower exp requiremement will be fairly low as it was before, and gaining that amount of exp will get you ONE attendance point!
However there will also be a higher exp requirement, which will take many hours of training to achieve. For this you will receive TWO attendance points!
On top of that will be the "SUPER D00PER" Higher Tier, which will be no easy accomplishment. For this you will get TWO attendance points, but also ONE Competition Point- details to be revealed very soon.
The Lower Tier, worth one attendance point in this week's Fletching Skill is:
80k exp
The Higher Tier, worth two attendance points in this week's Fletching Skill is:
220k exp
The SUPER D00PER Higher Tier, worth two attendance points in this week's Fletching Skill is:
650k exp
Sign-Up Lists:
Sign-Ups are open until Tuesday 3rd March. As soon as they close the competition will begin, and last for exactly one week until Tuesday 10th March at 7am GMT, when the results will be announced.

I'm going to have to skip this one, I have a few goals in mind and I don't think fletching is going to be a priority at this time :S

I'll be signed up, going for super duper high even though I just finished fletching. I could use another level 90 skill.
FYI to rune miners... if you alch your bows when finished, make sure you do it in the heros guild. You make up for far more than you lost.

OK, I can do fletching. I will go for the lower level but who knows my traveling connection may be good enough for me to do more. I haven't done fletching in a long time.

Well people were able to train a different combat skill if they had 99, so why can't i train a different skill if i have 99?
