Leaving WG

Well, I know I'm only a Trial Guardian and havn't really met many of you. But I figure I should post a leaving thread to let you know why I'm leaving.

Basically I just came from a little over 2 years of leading a clan. That was a lot of hard work and I left to take a break and have some fun. So I wanted to join a clan that was steady, had a good community, and good events.

Just from the threads I've been seeing over the past few months, I don't think this clan is stable enough for me. For those who have been in the clan for a long time may think I'm an idiot and that isn't true. But since I havn't been in the clan that long, it's a bit overwhelming to me. A few examples are:

-People suggesting the clan will lose tons of members over a 5 level increase in requirements and that the clan could come close to dying as a result
-Several threads about leader abuse
-Several leaving threads, one which being the leader of WG
-I have noticed the lack of dedication in some people, there was 20-30 people online and a raid going on and only 5 or 6 decided to attend. Funny I mention lack of dedication as I'm leaving the clan in under a month

I joined WG because I heard about it's great community and I wanted a good steady clan. Now, I just don't think WG is what I was looking for.

I really don't think its fair to say that you are leaving because WG may not be a stable clan.
We are still stable until we become unstable and I can assure you that the Leaders are doing everything in their power to ensure that it doesnt happen.
Please reconsider, you were going to go far.

WG is stable but like many clans get arguements at times.

People who are leaving, are leaving because there are two main types of clans:

• Community Clans: Relies on community more and does a little PvP and skilling
• PvP based clans: Sometimes good community, sometimes bad community. These clans are solely based on PvP with some skilling or money making events every now and then.

WG is a Community Clan.
Those who are leaving are seeking a PvP based clan.

Just because people would prefer PvP based clans now, doesn't mean the clan is slumping, because it's far from it.

I'd just like to say, its nearly impossible to find any clan without any drama. It doesn't seem like you've given WG enough of a chance, but I don't know you so I'll leave you to your reasons. Sorry to see you go .
