Leaving, Or Thinking About It?

I've made this post too many times to count, but it doesn't get any easier.

Look, if you are so dissatisfied with WG that you want to leave, we need to know.
The leaders are sensitive to your needs. We're not dictators.
Leaving should be the last resort when nothing can be done to make change.

It's clear to me WG has run into the shit in the last few months, and has led to this poor situation. I, in my own stupidity, anticipated it but failed to take action. The mass leavings all have a similar moral in them.

This is not a post to beg you to stay, though I wish you would. You learn after a while in this job not to chase members. Your love and attention belongs to those who are with you in the struggle. There's light at the end of the tunnel, and one thing that I know, is that WG will get better, as it always has. And the ones that wavered in loyalty are going to miss out on that.

The strength of a clan is not measured by how well the members enjoy the good times, but by how hard they battle during times of turmoil.

The leadership has every intention of taking drastic action immediately to rectify the changes, but if you do not wish to give US a chance, then I have little sentiment to give YOU the chance.

Change is coming on swift wings. If a member couldn't wait a couple of weeks for it, well, that's a real shame. (You leave, and then the clan starts going up... its not a good feeling. I know because it has happened to me)

you guys are complaining about pvp, let me just say, we are in the thick of anti VR.

I've wrote a few in my time in RR in the ups and down.

I'd like to pitch to you however;

In leaving what do you achieve? Nothing

In staying and working for change what do you achieve. A whole lot more.

I'm sure the higher ranked officials do listen and do take note. From past experience it's not easy to make everyone happy, infact it's impossible. Sometimes we have to grin and bare it.

Be strong and be for WG and then you know you've done all you can.

I said this to leecable and I'll say this again.

We may be improving, but the clan world is improving faster than us.

I'm actually disappointed that 3 clans can only pull 90 opts to a very short prep 'antiVR' event.
But yeah, if you really wanted to keep some members from leaving, you'd smarten up about raid activity.

Not leaving here, this is not only my clan. It's my home. A place I come to, and even though I have seen many bad days here, I had a lot of good ones as well. More good days than bad ones. I have been thinking about leaving... But when it comes down to it, I cant. the many great members kept me from really turning my back on it. As to the people leaving, give it another shot. In then end, you won't regret it as Wg is pure gold.

I've been thinking about your leaving us, since I saw you post. I was a bit upset cause you seem to bring wisdom to the decisions that were going to be made.

When there is so much fighting with each other being here is not so pleasant. I hope it all can be worked out. I have gone to council and been told that it is not bad here. Now look at all the leaving posts.

Oh, thank goodness... I saw the name of this topic, and started to mentally compose a kind of "WG without lordy isn't WG, and you better not leave Lordy, because I really don't feel like applying for a clan from scratch" type of speech, and I'm very glad that I don't have to

I will stay in this clan no matter what.
Last time something bad happened like this, I stayed, and went through with it, and we went back up. I'm sure it has happened a few more times in WG, and it will happen again, but WG will always go back up.
WG still has the best community.

This sadly tests the dedication of members of WG. If they leave, then we know how much they care about the clan vs. themselves. Oh well, unfortunately you can't stop people from making mistakes. I'm staying till' the end, because every clan has its ups and downs.
