Rant

I just want to say Glenn is awesome. Last night in irc, I saw someone be pretty disrespectful to him. Glenn is really trying to do his best for this clan. You need to remember he is warlord. That means he loves to war. Respect that.

When the council sets up new ideas or new rules, it is not going to be the perfect solution. Sometimes things need to be worked on a little. They don't have a magic crystal ball that let's them see the outcome of it. Sometimes they have to act quickly to problems and they throw together the best solution that they can see at this time of stress. Please respect them and try to wait through these times of trial and errors.

If you have a major problem with something that is going on and it is really bothering you, make a pm on here in an intelligent suggestion or venting and send it to the staff. They can look at it and discuss it. (When needed they can just delete it.)

My pm is always open to anyone that wants to chat or discuss things. Many other members are the same way.

PLEASE, PLEASE DON'T BE DISRESPECTFUL. That doesn't mean you have to agree or like any of it just give them some kindness in those opposing words. Telling them they are crap is not going to help any of us.

Being a council member and having members bitch or complain about things you are trying to do which will HELP the clan can be the most discouraging thing in the world.
