Sharing Kills

Reading Ansats post on my How to Get Kills topic made me think we need to reward the tbers and binders.

So thats why im suggesting where whoever gets a kill must share one of the items with a tber/binder. (it will be obvious which tber/binder is actually doing work).

Pk drops are usually like 2 rune items and some other stuff. Now stop being greedy and share.

I think it very much depends on whether it is f2p or p2p.

Considering that in f2p pvp worlds it's important to tb and bind, and that bind only lasts 5 seconds, somebody who is doing that can only be attacking a limited amount of the time, and I do think kills should be shared with the tber at least depending who all is binding.

P2p on the other hand is very different. There is almost always somebody barraging (which does significant damage anyway and freezes them), and also a tber which takes about 2 seconds assuming the spell takes after which they can attack. So I think p2p is more of whoever gets the kill wins all.

True but we barely have p2p raids(for now). I don't mind sharing my rune if I get a kill either. That sounds very fair and a good incentive for binders.

I like the idea, but if I get a kill or any item then I am doomed to lose it before I am able to bank. Pretty sad to say that I have only had 2 kills in PvP/Raids. One of them was honestly legit, but I was piled, losing it. Oh well... GP is GP.

Hybrids rarely get the kill if they are doing a good job at binding, I have done in the past.... but those who melee only get the kills more often.
Therefore- binders rarely get kills + therefore it is fair to say that sometimes don't enjoy the raid as much.

If you bind for ages and ages, every raid and never get a kill.. one may start to think.. "why bother"....
