March promotions & MotM

Omg my first chance to do promotions, I am excited
Anyway who should we promote this month?

Here are my suggestions:

Member of the Month:
Surferguy80/Dylan - Event active, IRC active- always greets people when they come into the IRC, kind guy and a great friend. Furthermore- he is RS active and attends many events.

Higher Guardian:
Chimp_Guy0 - I think it is time that we promoted him, event active, always in IRC, a pleasure to talk to.

Winddancir - I know that she got MotM last month.. but she really has done so much to deserve higher guardian. She has been making events, attending even more events, regularly posting on forums and as you know she is ALWAYS in the IRC.

For Sooth - Never got a promotion, but now I think he deserves one. He is getting more and more event active, participating in sotw + csotw and always helpful on IRC, helped us get #wgwilderness back when Mugger invaded it.

Elite Guardian:
Flame5107 - Owen is very very event active, both in sotw, csotw, pvp events and non-pvp events, an excellent all-rounder and I think it is high time that he was promoted to elite.

Ansatsublade - Has really been intergrating more than before recently, he is a really nice person and great for having a small conversation with, he is very event + war active and he deserves this promotion.

I'm still looking back at when Sooth didn't come to a pkri because he "couldn't afford it" yet he spent like 5m on skills, and eventually came in welfare (extreme welfare). Until he shows more dedication i'm hesitant to promote him.

I pretty much agree with all of it. For dylan, I havent had the chance to talk to him or seen him, so I cant really say much.

Lefty has also been very helpful and dedicated. Hes another person to consider

i cant really say surferguy deserves it.

i havnt seen him post before or seen him at an event or irc.

i think vephyrus for motm, has been really helpful and active.

and i cant comment on promotions, dont really think anyone atm

Surfer is definitely a vivid name.
I agree with all other promotions. I'd have to go through the member list.

Guardian -> Higher Guardian

Chimp Guy0 - Extremely friendly and a good laugh. He's always willing to commit to attending raids and other events, even when he knows he might get cut or piled first. He's tried hard to work on his tanking aswell.

Angus0000 - I stick by what I said last time. He's friendly in the IRC and event active. He's been with WG for a while now too.

Darkzero101 - DZ is always up for raiding, and he's always up for trying new events. His opinion is always a good help aswell, him being ex-warlord and stuff.

For Sooth - He's showed more enthusiasm about events as of late, I think a promotion would show him he's going in the right direction.

Higher Guardian -> Elite Guardian

Flame5107 - He's been in WG for over a year, and has been Higher Guardian for most of it. He's always up for dropping what he's doing to come and help the clan in wars and stuff. He's also been more active in the IRC.

1colonel1 - His opinions and suggestions can be helpful for improvement and he's been in WG for a long time now. I think it's about time we showed him that he is an ideal member by giving him Elite.


For MoTM, I'm not sure. I'll need to think about it.

Higher guardian

Chimp guy - good actiive friendly guy

Winddancir - also good active and friendly and makes events

Elite guardian

1colonel1 - good active guy and david has been here since forever.

Rachellove9 - Good active member and always trys hard for the clan and willing to help out.

I agree with basically everything up there.

But im hesitant about Dylan, just in my opinion maybe theres somebody else out there who deserve, i dont even know who though? so... meh

We can't promote everyone lol
Perhaps make two higher guardians and one elite, plus the MoTM this time round.
