Computer getting fixed- again

ok so we sent the computer out last time for it to be fixed. they fixed the problem we had with it but sent it back without the disk tray working so we can't play DVDs/CDs. so we're sending it back again so they can fix it again. i'm afraid that means another 7-15 days out of action. see you when its finally fixed
