For like 15 hours a day the irc looks like this:

So here's how Saturday went-

We had a ToG event in the morning.
This was the attendance:

3/7 is staff. 7/67 WG?

Then, sitting in the inactive chat I had to deal with this shit,

And I banned him yet after getting bitched at I made it a 7 day suspension.

Then, at night, since Mickey is not allowed to talk (understandable, it's late for him), I had to lead the American raid for like the 3rd week in a row. The ONLY leader there, if I died, we were fucked. Anyways, the attendance: 14/67!

We're fucking dead... tell me when you guys are ready to step up the game. I'm fucking bored, angry, and tired. My motivation is less than it has ever been, and a 2 weeks is slowly finding it's way out. I don't want to quit, but fucking WG is making me.

So yes. We need to do something?

Ok, the inactive sweep, thanks. We really needed to adjust a good amount of people.

The events and it's attendances are a joke. I spam the shit out of the irc, which is btw, one of the 15 or so messeges said in an hour... like wtf?

People don't want to come, i said in the recap itself. I ask everyone hy they dont come, they give me a bullshit reason. For the ToG today, there were ATLEAST 10 people who said no to me, and 5 others who didnt even bother answering.

About the irc, i try to be on as much as i can. And the chat is so dead, i just dont understand. We have like 20-ish people in, and nobody talks?

Raid leaders: I know it's not my department. Or maybe not my say either.

But Glenn is handicap cuase of his fail timezone. And when he has time to do anything, everyone is asleep.

Kevin has just poofed. I never see him around anymore...

Mickey if still active, trying to get things done. But 1 raid leader isn't enough.

For the raid today, which i didnt attend, sorry (family time). What do we do when like Randy said, the only fall in leader dies. We collapse.

If we have 70 members, we need 3 ACTIVE raid leaders, and 1 warlord.

Not sure how council is doing with their work... You may or may not need another council, figure that out.

agreed on possible council rank, especially on australian times with lordy inactive often and anat emeritus now.

also agree with raid leader, but honestly, who is there? i think maybe joe would be good, but apart from him, idk

and agree with council as well, i dont see how we can lose two council and not have elections up in the next week.
