Like, you may be a bit unhappy with the poor attendance to certain events as of late. Don't worry about it.
For a clan of 70 members or so, that's pretty OK. Say the Aussie raid that just finished. 10-11 people. OK, a raid for another clan that size would be about 40.
But that is the Aussie timezone. We have people all over the world. It's normal, since we're not centralised around a certain timezone.
When you consider the raid "trilogy", the attendance works out better. The activity rates are mostly fine with only a few exceptions.
Don't sweat it. Recruitment will start flowing and we can replenish each time zone. We're doing OK. Not great, but not bad. We're on track.

Lol, the aussie raid used to get about 12 when we had 170 members. Don't judge it by that.
May be worth checking to see who's attending and who isn't though, and keep the raids as fun as they can be so they 'can't be missed' #

The American Raid got 40 opts At PEAK.
40 OPTS and at least 3 of us were GMT, it's not what raid, its all the raids....
