Armoured zombies most definitely. At 99 atk / str u can get over 95k exp an hour there.

bandits are only good for if your doing homework and you are afk. else they are epic exp fail

For people up to 113 cmb ice warriors in ice queen layer is good afk training.

TBH I don't like armored zombies. I do like the Giant Skeletons (from Desert Treasure where you need the ring of visibility).
Also, if you're training HP alone, SW is the fastest HP exp in the game for it. I got over 300k HP exp in 3 hours. That would be equal to 1.2M regular exp (Attack, Strength, Defense) in 3 hours. To get that much HP exp in that amount of time, you'd have to be training at a rate of 400k/hr. Lul.

If you find an open world, cows in Lumbridge field are pretty good.
- Super fast XP
- Bones are reasonably fast prayer XP
- Hides sell pretty well on GE or good crafting XP
- Meat no one cares about but if you want the cooking XP it's decent
It's usually empty on F2P PvP worlds, just be careful because there are a lot of pure rangers around that area.

Well cows are great for pures. Especially low lvl ones because they have alot of hp for lvl 2. But for higher levels go to the hairy cows (yaks) lol.
