Duties in my Absence

Ok- I am away in France from Wednesday April 1st 3am GMT to Wednesday April 8th 2pm GMT.
This is an extremely important week coming up for WG
and the clan world as all the clans will be doing their Round 1 Competitions for the Jagex Cup.
Due to my absence, I need someone to take charge on the following:
1. The Skill Cup:

Due to my absence, I need someone to take charge on the following:

The FIRST WEEK begins whilst I am away:

So I need someone to get the hype going AND ENSURE THAT PEOPLE START TRAINING ON THE 5TH APRIL when it starts.
The skill is Fishing
- Encourage people to train at Barbarian place- FAMILIARS + POTS/PIES ARE ALLOWED, no sc items/brawler gloves/quest exps/penguin points.
Create a system of runners, who the fishers will trade fish to and the runners can drop - seriously speeds up the exps that can be gained.
I have already registered the team below onto the Jagex RS Forums, so dw about that. IF THERE IS A CHANGE TO THE TEAM, POST IN THE JAGEX CUP MANAGEMENT STICKY on RS Forums.

YOU NEED TO ASSEMBLE A TEAM OF 20 PEOPLE, SKILLERS, PKERS ETC FOR STEALING CREATIONS AND ARRANGE A MATCH WITH HOLY SMITERS.

Ill hype up and do as much of this as i can aswell as finding and allocating a team for the combined cup which im interested in taking part in im thinking 10 fighters 10 skillers with atleast 3 barragers and such.

Speaking of the combat cup... who is arranging it? I don't see a RSB topic.

I was thinking 12 skillers and 8 fighters. This is because to win a game of SC you need to have the highest score which comes mainly from skilling.

As for SC, id say start off with like a 5 man 1 item unit , and then like have the skillers trade the pkers pk gear.
