I'm so close to quiting

Title says it all.
ill explain more when i get back.
i gotta go real soon again, but ill briefly explain.
i spend time thinking of events, spend time online spamming for the event. spend time waiting for people to mass for the event. when 2 people come, and take for ever to come/get ready.
how do you think that makes me feel?
like, i have a life. im not some loser who nolifes runescape. i can go out and do better things than wait in and host an event for 2 hours for nothing and members who dont bother.
either we stiffen up members, or i resign. because i've been putting up with this for like the last 4 months. just never said anything.
being a member in this clan is so simple. you play runescape about 3 hours a week, spend that time in irc. and attend a 30 minute war every week.
WAY TOO EASY.

And the event leaders aren't even updating attendance.
And this is clearly going to be cured by recruitment but nobody is fucking recruiting except about 5 people. I'm in the same boat as you.

Im not shit inactive i have been around ive just not hosted many events i know and i generally have something come up at the weekend which is generally the best time to host an event. Elias told me to make an event and rely on some1 else to host it which i dont think will work ill try do more as i can but at the moment i have 15 assignments due in for april 20th. Plus on the 19th its my 18th birthday so things are kinda mad and that weekend i will not be around at all the 18th of april ill be with my mum dad and sister for cinema and a meal and on the 19th my whole family is coming over for dinner and such.

You applied for this position knowing you'd be needed on weekends.
Why would you go for a job which you couldn't keep up with?

Ok thats true and good points its not been every weekend most weekends i have been here and been around to do events its just like i have to visit family usually once a month and sometimes i do go out on a weekend I do have a life outside of RS lol. I do as much as I can to be around, and I am going to be hosting more events very soon Im going to set up some weekly allied events with TDM and such aswell.

I'll try and help out with events ans stuff, sorry March has b een too busy with ra&ndom trips to different parts of the globe.

At first i was not that busy and have been playing rs alot and doing events in doing this i neglected the work i had to do and allowed it to build up and did not manage by time efficiently this meant i have a few weeks before a deadline now with alot of work to do so it will literally be 1 - 2 weeks then im free im out of college the end of may so i have the whole 4 months of june july august and september to dedicate to wg apart from 2 weeks in august on a family holiday but i think im allowed that. It will be like 1 week of solid work from today or so then it will mainly be done and I will do alot more.
