Clan Forums Hacker

So far VR, TT, DF , Corr, DI, Exo, and maybe mores forums have been downed. The supposed hackers go by the names of "i availed i" and "hi im tlp". SO if you see them in the IRC, KB them if you can and if not alert someone who can immediately...then call in Robbie

I'm pretty sure our forums are safe, but Mickey, perhaps you should double check and report your findings to Robbie.

Well Hi Im Tlp has been known for botnetting. He botnets people making them DC so he can kill them for pixels.

You know what? I would love to see this guy try. I have taken a backup of the forum DB(it is frigging 100 megs now), so worst he can do is cause me a little trouble as I restore from backup.
Hm... You know what I would do? Offer on RSC a prize for anyone who hacks into the WG forums. The catch being is that they have to show you how they did it. Simply "bringing down" the forums by overloading them does not count.
I wouldn't say that our forums are foolproof, especially not now, but if we can get someone to hack into, then show us how he did it, I believe I can plug any holes people find.
