Get Off Your Ass

I'm leaving for work in a minute so I'm making this quick.
I and other leaders have too much work to do while most of you guys are doing too little.
The clan needs to grow and it won't happen with a minority of us working.
Get bloody recruiting.
Get training.
Attend some fricken events.
And don't post below saying what you do and assume you are safe.
As I see it there's only about 10 members who are actually working hard to expand WG.
The rest are just casually in here.
Seriously I personally don't deserve to be working so hard to see such little effort from you guys.
I can't do everything.
Go out there and RECRUIT.
EVERYONE. You know how. I've told you many times.
In-game, on RSC, referring, keeping our intros close.
This is getting frustrating. There are too many of you guys just not doing a thing.
Why should I work so hard when nobody else is going to try?
Don't you get it?
We are in BIG NEED of growth.
If we don't grow, we'll slump.
And I and those 10 people can't do it ourselves.

Hate to pop your balloon, but technically, we have to sit on our ass to recruit. Unless you stand a scape.

Not really appropriate for the situation. There is a time for sarcastic jokes like this, and this isn't one of them.
I'm not going to lie, I've not been trying my hardest in recruiting, although I feel competent in all other areas. I'll work on this, because its obviously very important to WG right now, and its definitely what we need to improve.

I actually posted on all the intro's and got friendly with em all but im not gonna lie it's not my best area, my best area is coming up with event idea's and anything PVP related 
But honestly i work 45+ hours a week and if what i do atm isn't good enough so be it, i try my best but this place is like being in a graveyard.
Always the people attending events, always the same people speaking in irc.
Someone needs a serious revamp of our memberlist we have 60 members? and it just makes us look better than we actually are, we're already in a slump it's trying to get out of it.

Throughout the Easter Holiday I shall make a drastic improvement in attendance and training, I'm not great at recruiting, but I'll give it a shot.

Ur right, the only thing I do is go to events. I'll try my best to recruit people, whenever I got the time for it.
