His application has been there for over a week without a decision. Can a council member please accept/decline it? The fact that it's been 'ignored' is causing drama.

Yeah, Mark brought it up and made a comment about it and a few members joined in opposed to what he said, it started a fight. Would be nice if this can get accepted to hopefully stop any conflicts like this in the future.
I have spoken to Mark about it btw, he appears to be really offended by an 'anti-american' comment made by Bobster. I didn't see it so I don't know.
