Fucking Finally

Our forums are back thanks mostly to Robbie's HARD work.
I don't know if this is permanent but we are very close to ending the problems with the forums.

*sigh*. We haven't had trouble for more than three days. One of those, I caused doing some stuff with sql. We haven't had this long an outage -ever-.
It is perfectly fair to be down for week every couple years...

Great job Rob. I have an important concern. I have finished three of the five chef hat trials and I will shortly do the fourth. If these forums go down and I cannot find His Lordship on IRC due to the time differences who will tell me to do the fifth or not do the fifth trial?
I will be posting the raw data and experience to, hopefully, the right place but just in case for the first three these were the experience gained 51,920; 56,150 and 52,750. It is unlikely that I will hit 60k and I understand that some of the others have hit that so I suspect that I will be one of the low two but I need to know for sure. I suspect that the fourth will also be in the 50k range.

Personally, for the amount we pay, our host goes down far too much.
Regardless of the amount of features we have, for 240 pounds I would expect the server to pretty much never go down, and if it did, to be fixed by them *without* needing us to say WTF first.

Erm, it -was- being fixed, we just didn't know it. At least, that is my understanding of it.
