Lost in the cracks

Just curious what's happened to some things:
WG Rules Test - it's something worth GuardianScore but I heard it was being finalized. That was a month ago...
GuardianScore - There were incentives for this but they've never come out. GuardianScore is something of a joke without them.
New council - With Anat and Mugger one, we're at least one council short. (Anat is NH so he doesn't count
)
Now these things seem to have fallen through the cracks or they're hidden in the clouds and being worked on above the normal member level. Us little people would like some updates though.

Fine at the moment is not preparing for the future. It can take a few weeks to get a new person. I don't think waiting to the council is overwhelmed is the best plan.
I never finished doing my Guardian Score as it didn't seem all that important. Maybe if there was incentive I would of got the screen shots I needed.
Is there actually a correct/current list of rules for WG? It seems we have council/Gene making rules in posts on the forum. So unless you read every single post you very well could miss important rules. I don't really think there is a complete list anywhere. JC was working on a rule list at one time when he was council, but I think it was for the IRC. Good luck testing when there is no way to verify the rules.

Just a thought ~~~ Where is our Aussie leadership in the clan now?
I'm East Coast so don't say I'm whining either.

WG Rules Test - havent heard about this one in a while, but I remember
GuardianScore - Randy was the main force behind this one. With him stepping down (LUL RANDI INACTIV LUL@@!), someone else will probably have to keep it going.
Some of the possible rewards discussed was a Hall of Fame (Or maybe this was for another topic), pixels (ew), and some other nh stuff.
New council Too many chiefs, not enough indians IMO. I think the leadership has decided not to get another council, but I cant really think of anyone that could fill the spot well atm.

we are getting a new council sometime this week i believe. Randy posted in his leaving topic he was going to organise the elections. However that is for his spot, not Muggers/Anats.
Muggers spot however was a shared Warlord with Glenn. Since our warring numbers have pretty much halved in the last two months, i dont find refilling that spot nessacery at the time being.
And Bto is right, a fourth normal council member isnt that nessacery since we dont have that many members as when we did. But it wouldnt hurt to get 2 council members this election due to all the current stress the clan is under due to skill cup and mass recruiting.
