I leave now or what?

Need your help making this decision. I only want whats best for the clan.
I know that the 2nd time around I haven't been even close to matching the quality of leader i was back in 2006. I also realize that there are members in this clan that are against me having leadership.

I now have a job with amazing pay. Weather I'll keep at it and make myself a millionaire by time I'm 30 (real possibility with this job, im so fucking lucky. the promotion prospects are a joke.) or I quit after a couple of months with a few grand in my pocket to leave the country and start fresh in another country I haven't yet decided. But what i do know is my hours.

9-10am till 8-10pm monday-friday. The hours are flexible changing from day to day but no shorter or longer than those. Also Saturdays 10am-4pm are optional but I'd be going in for those too to show my dedication and push for a management position. The average time to go from field rep to office manager is this biz is 2 years. Office managers earn 40k-100k a year. It's fucking insane. How the hell did i stumble across this and why the **** did they choose me?

But this leaves WG.
Do they want a leader that will be unavailable during these hours? Given that outside of work I'll desperately need sleep. I just got back from a 14 hour day. I'm fucked and have to go to bed myself. Although i did make £200.

I need some feedback.

Well damn that schedule does suck... It's pretty much all day. I would much rather you be successful IRL than stay here and not put full effort into your job. Then again I wouldn't want you to leave council either.

Can you see how it is 1-2 weeks after you've started your job for sure?

This is my opinion:

WG has been doing incredibly well for the past 3 weeks, but It's incredibly delicate, a slight shake would make us hanging from a needle again.

You might not see it, but you also play a big part in Wg's success right now...by just being there you look like a representative for Europe, which shows strong leadership in our Council, it makes the members think we are in control . If you want to resign, I strongly recommend you do it when we're more stable.

I've tried my hardest to persuade 3-5 Members to not leave, I don't want to start the Snowball to get bigger. I'm quite sure if you leave, a few will follow and we'll be back on our knees eating dirt.

So the max they can have you for is from 9am to 10pm...That's 13 hours a day from Monday to Friday.

So we have you for 4pm onwards on a Saturday and a whole day on a Sunday.

Honestly, I don't mind that, you can play Rs for 5 hours on the Sunday, which qualifies you active for Council. It'll also keep the clan stable for now. You'll also come in on the odd day to lead a miniwar/war. I'm quite sure you'll be with us for Full outs on Saturday nights.

I think you should stay as Council until we get bigger and more stable as a clan. There are a lot of people in the clan and I along with other Council has to run here and there to sort stuff out.

Also, I don't see anyone filling your position, I'd rather wait it out until we see some potential arise.

P.S. - I hope you don't think that I'm trying to ruin your RL or something Steve, I'm saying do your job lol# Don't let WG interfere, just get on when you can .
