Detroit has a good shot. I'm hoping for Montreal to be honest.

Actually the NHL was ruined a long time ago due to Gary Bettman's lack of a brain and a drive to expand the league into territory that doesn't even know what the fuck ice looks like except in the cube form.
Like you take a team from Winnipeg because no one wanted to front the cash for a new arena and bring the team into the middle of a fucking desert where the team is now failing financially.
Similar story with Quebec City, they went to Colorado which is a decent hockey market but still, the heart and soul is in Canada.
Shouldn't the league be trying to tap into the enormous fan base already existing in Canada rather than trying to nudge its way into an already saturated market in the US?
My dad went to a sports bar in Phoenix just across the road from where the Suns and the Coyotes play. The guy running the bar had no idea that Phoenix even had a hockey team. Talk about epic fail.
