If you don't like her in that way, just treat her as a friend. Ya know, don't give her too much eye contact, avoid touching, talk about ex-boyfriends/girlfriends and current potential gfs/bfs. Offer advice n stuff. Just play it like a friend, she'll pick up on it if she's not obsessed.

You might find that you'll like her anyway. If not, as long as you're fine with being friends it won't be horrible, just wait until the right time to break up.
