Gorge I didn't really want him graduated yet. I have multiple problems with him. He's bilssfully ignorant and has no idea what he's doing in WG. He didn't even get Teamspeak until the day he wanted to graduate. He constantly ditched raids. You are all like "he went to a war and 2-3 raids tho." In a month where there was over 15+ raids at which he would be AWAKE for. He had no excuse. He ditches at LEAST 5 raids. He doesn't even have gear. He doesn't know what gear IS. He asked me if full addy was okay for a P2P pk. This kid isn't a guardian. He only got by because DZ was too inactive to steer him the right way.
This kid is also an asshole sometimes. He is your Crucio, or you're Adhdchild, or you're Wace. He's cool a lot, but he is set off easily, and when he's set off, he goes on a nonstop flamefest taking cheapshots. He's flamed Tabs and even made fun of her for being overweight. I believe he even got a warning level for it. Trials with warning levels need extra attention before being graduated...

No one told me you didn't want him graduating, learn to communicate 
Well can't demote him now, just keep an eye on him closely over the next few weeks/months.

That's fine I guess I wasn't clear enough with my words. I did say I'll let you graduate when I see you're ready. Meh.
