This is my inactive week but I end up doing more work in my inactive weeks than on my active weeks sometimes :S

Just follow my lead.
Look at how I hype up an event and motivate members.
Event leaders, do as I do.
We're going to work together to get the attendance back into events.

I would really like to put my old (OLD!) plan back into action. Making events "rare" and hyping up the ones we do have. For example, no events the whole week except for a Soul Wars event on the weekend with an event specific banner, sign ups (maybe), video (failed for event of the month), and stuff.

Before we said we didn't have enough events, but the members can't make up their minds. They want events but don't go - it's whatever.

Once we have a big base of members at these things, we can make it more frequent.

I tried for Randy's idea. Rare events, not even common boring ones. I tried for fun ones thinking them up.

Nobody comes, then they're all like "wtf there was an event posted? well im wcing right now so i cant come anyways"

I'm giving myself 2 weeks, and if things don't straighten up then im completely done. No turning back, im resigning.

You're using the Jagex Cup Weeks to assess whether people will attend events Saad?
That's stupid, as I will give the skillers an excuse for not coming to an event IF THEY ARE DOING THEIR HOURS.
It's only fair.
BUT ONLY FOR THIS WEEK (as you know the skill cup Round 1 ends this week.... if we do get into Round 2... then we will have to decide whether to accept it as a group... because if it's going to make a council member + an event leader leave....)
