Do i need to re-apply for WG?

Hey, I'm Soccer823 or Josh either one is fine 
I joined WG a while ago and was a member for about 3-4 months untill i had some technical problems :S. My computer kind of broke really badly and i have not had access to one until now, this one is still really bad but its capable of playing RS (Hoping to get a nice computer soon).
Now for my question do i need to re-apply for WG?
