Need help ffs

Tomorrow I have to help cook dinner for my family with my uncle and we're having mozzarella burgers with sour cream and chives mashed potato's and it's my job to come up with a 3rd side to have with this epic meal. It's already a big meal itself so it shouldn't be huge it should probably be a vegetable but doesn't necessarily have to be and it should be a side not a meal. Any ideas? You're help will be greatly appreciated

My family really isn't big on salads and I want it to me kinda fancy.

Memphis corn casserole
Melt a stick of butter in a glass casserole pan (2 qt size)
Stir in a can (14 oz) of whole kernal corn, a can of cream corn,
a box of jiffy corn muffin mix, and 8oz of sour cream.
Mix rly well and bake about 30 mins at 350.
When its done, it will be slightly brown around edges and
look not quite done in middle. (You want it to be kinda
creamy.)
Its good, easy and in one pan, (my favorite kind of recipe).
