When I try IP banning someone it gives me this error:

" Fatal Error: Could not open conf_global for writing - no changes applied. Try changing the CHMOD to 0777 "

If you try fixing it feel free to ban this IP while you're at it: 90.230.114.242

Also ban the email domains:
*@super.lt
*@blog.lt
*@micro.lt
*@nkm.lt

Alright, updated. I completely forgot about the problem there, but its not as small as it seems. One of these days I am going to have to sit down and do a pile of coding to fix a bunch of the configuration stuff around here.
