I stumbled across this new RS site, it's owned by tehnoobshow and maxboison.
Although I really could care-less for runescape popularity, I still think the site is pretty sweet.
They use all of runescape's famous video makers to create a library of video all playable from the site, with detailed quest guides and such.

The forums are pretty cool also, I definitely recommend registering.
