Where to start, where to start...

I'm sure you're all as thrilled as I am by this win, and as proud of us as I am. But there's always room for improvement, we want to aim higher don't we?

Our hybrids were great today, keeping our target quite near the pile with efficiency. However, there is still need for more! If you're not assigned to snipe by a leader, you should be geared as a hybrid - if you don't land many binds, or if you don't feel confident with hybriding, or even if it's your first time, then those are not excuses... only by trying and trying will you get better, that's how all excellent binders started.
I recall my first steps with binding - I was horrible... but after a few fights, I managed to do it better and better, there's no reason why each of us can't improve gradually, at his pace.

Snipers, you were tremendously good, from what DZ told me, and from what was shown through the fight: managing to neutralize the totality of their hybrids at 34-25 is an EXCELLENT performance - I have nothing to say, you were perfect.

We've had some excellent tanking today, namely by Ansatsublade (and others! but I noted his name specifically, don't ask why :s ). But there still remains a few KOs. Our goal is to have everybody last at least as long as our target. Like for binding, this only comes through practice (and possibly internet connection, but that's inchangeable). It also comes through focus, concentration, vigilance, that everybody can easily master. And on top of practice and those qualities, do not underestimate defence levels, something you can improve in your RS time that benefits a lot to yourself, and to the clan.

WG is currently on a good roll: out of the last five wars (3xt, CR, Vind, DB, 2m) we've won four, and are currently on a 3-0 streak. To conserve that streak, we all have to improve, individually, and on a team level, so it's up to us only to keep it up.
Remember before those wins? We had four consecutive losses: Ronin, DW, FT and VVV. We proved that we learnt from those losses. Through determination we achieved success.

Thanks for believing in WG, thanks for believing in yourselves. The road is not over - we need to keep marching on. And for that, we have to move forwards - in combat training (a competition will be launched this week), in community (WG Awards are underway), in personal and individual skill (practice events will be frequent!), and last but not least, in activity! Activity played a major role in today's win, let's keep it up.

Do not forget to uphold a good image of WG around you - people often take the attitude of one person and generalize to the clan, so each time you speak to another person or post on a clan forum (like RSC, Sal's) you're representing WG.

And don't forget that we also need to grow, so speak of WG around you - talk to people in game, post on "Looking for clan" topics etc.

We're coming back, but we're not done yet. Let's prove we can.

I have to say the lowest chance that I will be there, this is Easter weekend. Holy week for those of us who are Protestant Catholic. In the American Episcopalian church this is a special time. It is the beginning of a new christain year and there are all kinds of services. But I will try.

We did a great job guys, they tried to pile me once but I shook them off and went back to sniping.

it was a great war for sure, but i didnt like how they handleed their defeat

Great fight. We still have some inexperienced fighters who need training. We're still getting better and better. Our momentum is unstoppable right now. We have a good winning streak going. (5 fights 2 full outs & 3 minis we have won recently.

Great work today guys! We honestly did amazing. Even if it was matched ops I think things would have swung our way and we would have took them out! Our binders did their thing. The sniping was unbelievable and our main pile was ko'ing everyone. Lets keep this up everyone and keep doing what we do!
