Someone is leaking to Dale, and Dale is telling Mugger.

The reason why the council can't ban Mugger is because as much of an asshole as he is, Mugger has agreed to let us know who the spy is when he finds out. If we ban Mugger, we'll never know who it is. Why would Mugger help us? He still likes WG.

Is this bullshit? Most likely. My message to council would be to give him 1-2 weeks otherwise ban. Mugger did in fact give us the Zlat/Flippie spy/situation while he was banned, which we rewarded him with with exmember. He might be helping us again, he might be pulling our legs.

I don't really know what to say about the flaming. If shit heats up, don't be quick to ban him. Revoke his exmember at most, unless it's REALLY serious.

Other from that, just keep your eyes open and report any suspicious activity.

Yeah indeed i got Dilz to speak to mugger to confirm this aswell when i heard and theres definitly somebody in WG who is spying for Dalejamesw. I just wish we knew who. Dilz said he doesnt talk to dale otherwise i would have got him to try find out so ive kinda hit a brick wall. As for mugger i dont know so much he could lie about who this spy is i dont really trust him.

I figured that's probably the reason. But i got to say, if he likes WG he sure flames a hell of a lot and just likes to be a smartass all the time.
