pk suggestion
By bramschreu55 on 04/05/2009
Hi, ok I know i'm new around here but I have a great idea well atleast I hope I have...
The main issue at wars is that people don't bind enough. Well I bet 5 gp and a tinderbox that people don't like to bring binds because of the snipers, and I know beeing piled while you're maging smells. What's the solution? A anti-snipe unit? -->NO!! if you antisnipe someone he will hardly be damaged because there is a big chance that the guy sniping our magers has got 99 defence...
So here is my idea : If we are getting sniped our pk leader will say a word or someting short like e.g. shoot em or someting like that doesn't realy matters... at that point we bind the target that we are one and once he's binded we all turn around and smack the sniper because he obvisiously won't expect this so he will get some serious damage.
The reason why I think this will work is because we attack the sniper almost simultainiously, this means he won't be fast enough to put his pray on. After we smashed him once we get back on our main pile. It will have the effect of sniping --> The sniper will get hit by us a lot so he will have to eat. If he decides to keep sniping us he will keep his prayer on and basicly waste it .
I think it's worth a shot, what do you think about this?
p.s. Sorry for my spelling and grammar --> Belgium ftw

Good idea. Support. Maybe we can work on these tactics+ others in practice. Need to practice coordination.

I use it often when I lead. Antisniping doesnt work; the team set to antisnipe usually wont do their job. I just call a short pile on the sniper for 1-2 seconds. Much more effective.
