Ok I've done a little bit of snooping with his previous clans and stuff and he appears clean to me.
Notify me if you notice anything, I'm gonna ask him about his previous clan life... slyly just to see what sort of stuff he did there etc.

WG would so love to meet Kitty Dude lololol He thinks he is a tiger and take that form and wants me to be a cat and have kittens with him. Vephy has had the pleasure of meeting him and believe me it was freaky. I've known him since I started the game pretty much.
Mobb ended up being really nice and not a freak at all. If he turns into a tiger I'll let you all know.
