HALP NEEEEEEEDED

So yes,
I've become a little bored with scape so in order to rectify this I've decided to train my level 85.
It has 72 attack, 70 str and 60 defence.
Since I've been maxed on mtoise for nearly 3 years now I'm out of touch with training spots.
Someone please enlighten me

Tell me if you need to know where any of those are. The best training spot is amrored zombies, but you need to have completed Defender of Varrock.
