Anti-Snipe Unit

For the upcomming miniwar and possibly for wars after this, i was thinking of having an anti snipe unit
This would consist of, preferably mid lvls, non-hybrids, and be a max of 3-4 people
The idea is, that when someone in WG is getting sniped, the anti-snipe unit will turn around and attack the enemy sniper until they run away
The anti-snipe unit will use the main ts, and follow the main pile, until when the leader of the unit calls for a pile, then everyone else should ignore
I know the down sides, of constantly having 3-4 less people in the main pile. However, if we minimize the effects of enemy sniping, it would give us a great advantage.
Please give comments, suggestions, criticism if you read
This is just a draft idea and could be worked on

If you want my true opinion on this...
I don't think WG is quite ready for a whole bunch of tactics and things, we don't exactly have the most skilled warrers yet.
It would be better to practice before testing on the real deal.

As i said, this would only be 3-4 people, the rest of WG will be told to ignore these calls

Excellent idea; I would prefer expirenced snipers who normally do it like, yourself, DZ, Quikdrawjoe and Randy etc. Make sure seperte Teamspeak it would work well for us if you plan it out.

Could be eventually implemented in the future - but for now we need to work on quite basic tactics, for personal warring skills to improve (not getting KOed etc).
An idea to remember once everybody is individually performant (we already don't have many experienced snipers that aren't already excellent hybrids).

Soon enough, as Snowzak and others have mentioned previously on this topic. WG isn't there yet, but we're working towards that goal.
