Big Inactivity Check

As you can see the Council has really cracked down on inactivity over the past few weeks.
So first the Emeritus who have been kicked:
Please remember that the activity requirements for Emeritus are as follows: Regular posting on the forums, signing up for mandatory wars/megaraids.

i really don't ahve anything to say except that some of the peopeple you just kicked deserve it more to be member of WG than you.

That's a pretty ignorant comment. As much as we hate to "boot" our friends, the emeritus rank requires activity. They now get the rank ex-member which says perfectly what they are. They can still hang around WG, not like we're exiling them.

what is the reason for kicking them? are they doing any harm to WG? are they taking the space that is needed for other members?
i don't expect you understanging it since you don't realyl know how WG used to be and what hese members did to WG. They made Wg, they were the ones who made WG strong...and now..hey fuck them, they did their jobs now nobody needs them so we can get rid of them.

I think I've been around these parts a little longer than you think. Sure, they've helped WG in the past, and sure, WG might not be where we are without them, but can we really keep every single member that has contributed to WG's success in the past in the clan? They were all cool people, but odds are we NEVER see any of them again.. and the point of keeping them here is? Old school was great yeah, but WG will never move forward unless everyone stops comparing it to the old times, start worrying about the present and forget the OMG #1 P2P CLAN LOLZ stuff.

Only one I'm not happy about is Palidore...he deserves to be a part of this clan regardless of his activity. He helped build this clan.

I'm very happy to see that Eugene, perhaps guidlines on what is expected of Emeritus/Ex-member etc should be set?
I know semi-officially Ex-members have to post once per month, it'd be nice to have it written somewhere loose guidlines on what you HAVE to do to remain part of these ranks, if anything.

Good job.
One thing that if it's fine, I'd like to comment on: If you check the last post of the trials that got kicked, you'd see it has been a month and a half since their last post.
The problem with that is that they could've been potential spies for any clan that you aren't so friendly with. It's good that their kicked but my point is that it shouldn't take a month and a half for you to find them, I'd suggest if you guys kept it to 1-2 weeks for Trial Guardians and a month for everyone else as long as no inactivity topic is posted.
