Some Suggestions

1. Remove the screenshot required questions on the apps. For the "Take a picture of you in the IRC" question, just ask them to PM any halfop+ in irc and then have that staff member post a confirmation on the app. I feel like that question is generally awkward and most of the time the screenshot doesn't show their nick in it. The friendslist thing is complete bs, i've seen my name posted on people's who i've never talked to before. Instead, just have 5 people post "Reffed" or something. The screeny is dumb because it asks for 5 people at ONE TIME instead of total.

2. This is an interesting idea I had the other day. It would take some effort but could bring some good results. What if we kept a track on people's kill on raids (they must be screenied and posted on the recap). There would be a track like attendance. The rewards would be a guardianscore award for 25, 50, and 100 raid kills. Is this unfair to lower levels? YES! Which would make them train to get more kills.

3. Now this idea I like. We should set-up an alliance CC, giving gold star to leaders (council + primaries) and silver to any staff. We could invite TDM, TBE, ZT, and possibly RDK since they're cool. This would be a great way to create bonding since chilling in other clan's IRCs is not very productive as they don't get attention. I'll be happy to make this, but what should we call it?

For #1, I'm not so sure about. Might have to talk with bto+George about it or something. With the kills though, it would be a great idea to give members incentive to attend raids. I lyk it. hash.png

Totally agree with all of them, except for maybe #2. I get the idea, but I'm fairly high leveled and don't get to many kills either. Maybe I'm just unlucky? But I don't know about judging people on how many kills they get when in a group there is a fair amount of luck involved.

Couldn't agree more with #1.

#2, I like the idea of it but I think it would just cause people to stop binding and just hit only, so I'm against it.

#3 could be useful for building relationships with our allies in-game more I guess.

#1 - couldn't agree more. The "online friends at one time" thing is stupid. Not sure why we haven't changed this before ohmy.gif

#2 - I agreed it could be good... but two cons I see- firstly yeah people will stop binding, ranging and just turn pure melee as that brings in the most kills.
Another con is : Does GuardianScore mean anything now...? Anything at all? No... it doesn't.

#3 - Yeah yeah why not!!

Yeah i like them all, but as Sean said people would be all after kills. There wouldn't be many mages in p2p(even though i get madd kills as a mager?) and not many hybrids in f2p.
