Hey for a school project I plan on converting a video from YouTube to my USB flash drive. How do I do this? What program do you recommend I use?

I use this one:
http://youtubedownload.altervista.org/

Download the program, very easy to use, you just copy the youtube video link into the program and it converts it into a video, and then into a sound track if you like.
