The CC is locked to everyone except trial guardian+ Captain+ can kick in the CC.
Council - general
Tertiary - captain
Elite - Lieutenant
Higher - Sergeant
Emeritus - Corporal
Guardian - Recruit
Trial - friend
The CC is Guns Sabre.
1. It's harder to guess.
2. It's not a member of WG.
If you can't access the CC please PM me with your RSN and rank and I'll add you in.

I set up my clan chat similarly, but it'll be good to have an account name that is not a WG member.

I made a CC account before where i added all wg as friends but it was never used. FAIL
