Are you expecting random people to join our forums to use the clan fights section or just the exmembers to fight and advertise?

Of course the earlier one, but we have no grounds to lock any of those topics because they are legit.
Unless it becomes a brag-fest.

I dont think its was one of the best ideas. The only people who really will post are ex-members, who obviously use it for something else.
Also, I dont think that other clans would really care to come to us to post. It works on DI forums and stuff, but we're not nearly as influential and strong. If I was an outsider, I personally wouldnt see the point of posting a fight on WG forums.

The point is to build up a fan base It will help with recruitment further down the line. Plus, our forums are better than DI's.

All it's done so far is started several topics of fights between Stoke (DI) and all the ex-WG who are now DF.
Plus why would we want our members to see clans that are much better than us having fun and winning fights, pulling over 200 options when we get 60 with a good turnout? I think it's just tempting members who are doubting WG right now to leave and go somewhere better.
EDIT: And we don't exactly have a large number of guests who regularly use these forums to have much of an effect anyway.

Perhaps that''s true. We'll keep clan discussion then and close clan fights.

Well I just removed the clan fights forum, I don't think anyone would really object to it...
