We've had several people attempt to keylog WG through voting links. These people create an account and send a mass PM

This is probably the 3rd account I've banned attempting this. Im not savy with ACP, but maybe we should do something to prevent guests from mass pming?
We can't remove their ability to PM because guests that actually have legit questions would not be able to ask. However, maybe we can limit the amount of PMs they can send?

Honestly, when's the last time a guest has had a need to mass PM everyone on forums?

Just stop guests from being able to send PMS.... FULL STOP
If they have questions then they can simply post them in the Guest Forum?? I check that DAILY.
