Halp

Well, i've been bored of recent and am considering going back to runescape.
But i wouldn't know what to do.
Before making suggestions make note of the fact that i have a very busy lifestyle, and at max will be able to do 4 hours a week, 2 of which at the weekend, but could do more during summer and if i had a reason to.
Heres my bank and stats:

Try to do 2 things at once to max your time, like training att (to get your skillcape) while doing slayer.

First you need to make some money, you should have more than 12m.
I'd get about 50m and buy max slayer gear, then slay till maxed melee.

What would you need 50m worth of slayer gear for?
I slay in like <10m of gear and it works perfectly well, I have gone to the effort of getting a fighter torso, but otherwise it's just suff that works not silly purchases like Tassets.
