It doesn't even have a set release date yet. They've been working on it for like 2 years too. They're still in Alpha stages of development.
On Wikipedia it says "TBA 2009/2010"..so probably sometime in 2010.

Not true at all Steve. ArenaNet has found a way to lower the computer requirements while still keeping with amazing graphics, any computer with a decent graphics card should be able to run this with at least the average graphics which are amazing.

yup yup, guild wars requires very low specs and its graphics were amazing....
p.s- Btw, this is concept art, the game will probably look nothing like this...concept art in rs is made to look cool, the art in game=crap.

True. My simple Dell laptop runs Guild Wars on the highest graphics settings pretty damn well.
