Sorry I appear as a Douche in some posts I make. It's how I am. I don't mean to offend people... *cough* much 
(I banter - which is joke-offending - its how we londoners are)
While I was WG it was my arrogance which benefitted us. My self confidence which made my leadership strive.
Now that I am no longer WG, my arrogance continues with my character, but now it is percieved as me being arrogant just because im in DF. Which makes people assume i'm being elitist or w/e which I'm not lol. Had I joined a clan like TDM or something, my arrogance (personality trait) wouldnt have been percieved as 'elitist' as i'd have nothing to be elitist about... So really this is an anti-df thing
But i've accepted & am over that.
All I ask is you stop jumping on my back when I post. Im not out looking for a fight, I'm just hear to put accross my opinions constructively.

Its really close but not quite. You spent every sentence apart from the first one justifying your attitude.
But it's definitely an olive branch that shows you want peace with WG members and for that I applaud this post. So I'm willing to look past the fact that you are skirting around simply saying "I take responsibility for offending people with my posts". I'm going to look past that because I'm confident you will definitely approach your posts with care from now on.

I'm going to say this publicly, instead of PMing you like I first considered.
For the following reasons, I am demoting you.
Not in any particular order.
1. After some thought, your apology is inadequate. One line of sorry, and 20 or so lines of "This is who I am don't attack me for it"
2. You claimed in a PM that your remark toward Randy was a friendly banter. Look at his reply. http://www.wildernessguardians.com/forum/i...25&#entry164035

3. I generally get the feeling your attitude is going to cause future problems so I need to show you exactly how serious I am about this.
4. In the first place, you gave up your two weeks notice and should not have been unbanned, but through a highly controversial decision on my part we reached a compromise. I should not have tarnished the power of the ban but I did, because I wanted to be nice. I'm going to go back on that. Since you have been unbanned, you have been creating trouble, and half an apology doesn't compensate for it.
You will not be banned at the present time, but this demotion is one step in that direction to show you that I'm not going to put up with this behaviour. And frankly, if you call that statement to Randy banter, you are delusional. That's a flame. In my very final act of generosity to you, you have been spared from a complete ban.
This is not negotiable.

Having pride in yourself and you clan isn't neccesarily a bad thing, but in the current situation it is. What with D-Day and all that, there seems to be a mutual convo-tension here when it comes to DF... I don't blame anyone - I see more DF sigs on the forums than WG and I guess what's intended to be honest constructive criticism and feedback combined with a side of humour and sarcasm when put through this DFilator gets percieved as arrogance and/or immaturity.
But it's not entirely Mug's fault... you can't really blame someone for being themselves... well I can't or I'd be insanely hypocritical
In any case I think His Lordship was right in banning him, for despite sources ultimately he was a threat to the community and atmosphere, and I guess that an individual ex-member can't be put before the entire clan. Even so, I also applaud Mug's attempt to compromise, especially this close:

Well... you're a DF member now, and as you've been demoted from WG they await you to refocus your support and dedication to them... I wish you all the best in the Clan World, RuneScape and whatever you decide to do in real life.

I can totally agree with those statements. Good bye. There were always reasons you didn't like me while you were in WG, one was that I could see you for who you truly are.
Good Luck modeling your pretty face in your mother's company, that job should suit you well. Your good at putting up a nice appearance.
